The town of Erie provides all maintenance of the runways. Homeowner fees are $25.00 per year (what a deal!) If you use the runways, there is also a $150.00 a year runway access fee.

The main runway (15-33) is lighted and paved and approximately 4700 feet in length. Although not in as good a condition, the east-west runway is 3000 in length and usable.

Tri-County Airport (48Victor) is owned and operated by the town of Erie. The FBO is McAir Aviation. Available fuel is Jet A, 100 LL and Mogas. Tie-downs may be available for a fee - contact aiport for specifics.
